Vacation and Benefits Vacation Vacation pay is offered to all employees having worked for one full year or 2000 hours. Vacation with pay is available at the rate of one hour for every fifty hours worked. Health Insurance Benefits A health insurance plan is available to all employees after 6 months employment or after 1000 hours worked. Our company pays $115.00 towards employee's monthly premium with options available for the employee to include family members in a group plan at additional cost.
